Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Dealing with claims and claims related queries.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Settlement of Claims
- Registering claims
- Checking that all claim related documents are in order
- Communicating with clients, banks and brokers to obtain all relevant information
- Appointing Assessors, Loss Adjustors and Investigators
- Authorising repairs or arrange replacements
- Negotiating Cash settlements
- Settling claims promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- FAIS compliant
- COP
- Matriculated with a good pass in Mathematics
- Claims experience of at least 2 years
- Computer skills - MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
